Yes. They do. It's less than a "date" but Sakura agrees to call it one so long as Naruto pays.

they never dated and never will, naruto knows that sakura loves sasuke and he accepted that, sakura onlu feels quilty because he always helped her, they once walked and went to eat ramen, and sakura said that they could call it a date, but it only was to talk to sasuke and tell him about orochimaru's intention to take him, i saw that in the anime episode 109 the sound temptation
