See if the file is a read only file.If yes then in the properties uncheck the read only box. Then try deleting the file.

Hi there!

It soundslike you have spy ware on yoru computer. My suggestion would be to do the following:

Go to: http://www.download.com (cnet) and then search for the following items: AdAware by Lavasoft and AVG Free antivirus by Grisoft.

Once these are downloaded and installed, you will need to run AdAware first to get rid of the spy ware and then you can run the antivirus program.

Both programs are free and I have been using them for years and have had little if any problems with my computer since I've installed these programs.

A word of advice for the future, don't open ANY email attachment unless you know who it was sent from... even then you need to be very careful.

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

Any questions, just reply back!

Sounds like a virus to me, you need to run an antivirus program. If that doesnt remove the virus is hould atleast tell you the name of the virus, then you will need to find a virus removale tool, usually Norton and Mcafee will have all the current virus removal tools for free on their sites.

it may be some kind of virus..i've had that before too. your best is probably to go into the control panel - add or remove programs- and see if you can remove it from that list. if you already tried that option or it won't work than you may want to go to download.com and get a spyware program that can remove all the junk from your computer. good luck

Welcome to malware. Now you need some other programs to get the junk out. Antivirus program, try AVG its free. Spyware program, try Ewido, then try CrapCleaner.
Should help you some.
