two of your relatives are telling you, you should apologize to the relative, yet you didn't do anything....would you apologize for something you didn't do?
should it not be, the relative who is wrongfully accusing you that should apologize to you?
especially when the relative never even came to you and said there was a problem, they just started telling everyone that you started the problem and you are responsible for all the problems they are having

In this world where morals have been thrown out the window, take pride in the fact that you didn't do anything. Keep your high standards with time everything will be known and you and everybody else will know that the accusing relative is a number one b.s**tter

I would tell my family to F-off and mind their own silly business. I might mention that how I handle my family is not how most people handle should handle theirs. My family is very in your face, and there would be no doubt if person A had a problem with person B.

yeah, i was accused of being jelous by my bf, but he never came to me or asked me about it or how i felt, it turns out I had no idea about what he was accusing me of, he just assumed this stuff. you can tell people that you did not do it but some people wont listen, but really if you know its not true then you should not have to prove yourself to people who are only intrested in accusing rather then learning what is really going on. i guess people just find it easier to accuse rather then talk and communicate.

I went through this.. my cousin and I were driving home from my great grandmothers out of town funeral (we were in seperate cars.) She and my little brother were in her car, my husband and I in my car.. we stop at a gas station and she kicked my brother out so we had a huge argument in front of everyone. I pulled away from the pumps and when she was done, she left us at the station. When she got home (before us btw) she told everyone we left her there.. so everyone felt bad ger b/c she was 17 and Im older and I left her far away from home.. It went for almost a year until she told the truth. Stand your ground!! The truth will eventually come out.

Try "I'm sorry you believe I did (fill in the blank), but I didn't. I hope you will believe me as I think our relationship is important."
