It's not that people annoy others it's how others react. We all have the ability to control how we react to any given situation.

People annoy others because they enjoy watching other people's reactions. It can be fun to stress the H E L L outta someone especially when they hate you!!!

Because those who annoy others arent mature enough. or they try and do it for kicks and laughs...which ends up with them losing friends.
Either reason..its just stupid.
