The highest scoring game ever was the Nuggets - Pistons (370 points) in 1983. The Pistons won 186-184 in triple OT.
The higest scoring regulation game ever was the Warriors - Nuggets (320) in 1990. The Warriors won 162-158.
Ah, the Nuggets and their good ole motion offense in the 80's.

Don't know all-time, but this year.. it's got to be a game played just tonight with 279 total points.
