Why we like to listen songs on FM when we can listen to them on CD?

radio offers that feeling of randomness and uncertainty... another is the fact that the cd's we own reflect who we are as a person and sometimes you just want to find out what others may be listening to or cope with the outside world through music. we often turn to fm radio when we want to be surprised...

I still listen to the radio to hear the new songs. Then if I like them, I buy them! Plus, the batteries on my little AM/FM radio last much longer than the CD player!

The radio has a variety of songs, and you never know what song is going to come on next. I like it better then cd's sometime but I hate all the talking.

because FM provides new and latest songs we don't have.

Also, it feel like songs having more value because you need to wait for them after long-talk of people at the station and advertistings.

i know what you mean... if i hear a song i really like on the radio, it is almost more pleasurable than if i cue it up on a cd....

maybe it's the randomness

i listen to one station only in the evenings because of the disc jockey,best radio voice out there and has the best folks calling him

There's just something about a DJ picking the songs and giving his/her input on the music that makes it better.......I can't really explain it
