1. Get a calculator.
2. Multiply both sides by 56.59x, so they will cancel out on the right hand side.
3. Divide 2.781 by the product you have on the left side of the equation. This will give you x.

An easier example of this process:
5 = 30/6x
(5)*6x = (30/6x)*6x
30x = 30
x = 30/30
x = 1
