I have been to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and the beach was beautiful. The water was a greenish-blue.

There are 3 just in Florida that rank in the World's Top 10:
Englewood, Fort Lauderdale, and one at the the tip of the Florida Keys (sorry forgot the official name)

Well in my opinion the best beaches are in galapagos, Ecuador and Salinas , Ecuador everything is just perfect the emarald looking water....

The panhandle of FL and the gulf coast of AL. That part of the Gulf of Mexico has fine, white sand and emerald green water. It's amazing.

USVI (United States Virgin Islands), by the carribbean. It has blue, blue water. I've been there a few times.
