650 does work well, but if you aren't careful, you can break the studs off when tightening. IR makes the best impacts. 1/2 inch drive with 450-650 foot pounds are the best. Good luck.

yes there is,,i own a shop, and the one i use has a reverse torque of 650 foot pounds,,that's the best one you can find right now,,it will remove any lug nut you put it on,,if you buy a cheap one its only going to have around 350-450 reverse torque,,and that's not a lot,,when it comes to removing stubborn bolts and nuts,,,mine is made by ingersoll rand,,there a good brand,,good luck hope this help,s.

yes if the lugs were tightened to specs. if they were overtightened in anyway no. also if you have a older or weak battery then it will not work either. sometimes it is better to use old trusty four way lug wrench.

this should be the last gun you buy for at least 5 years.

1000 ft/lbs reverse and an excellent track record. i love this gun. it'll event break welded nuts loose. just gotta grease and oil it up. use a torque stick for tires if you buy this gun though.

something is wrong with your gun. make sure it is turned all the way up (if yours has that option) and run some oil through it or some wd-40.
