Some people hit puberty later.
Since he’s 17 he should be bathing himself. Unless you son has some sorta of issue that he cant bath himself like some mental handicap, development delay. I just read in the loca paper this woman who adopted an 11 year old but mind frame shes only about 5 or 6.

Son, freak out!!!
First of all, I don't think you should be giving baths to your son when he's already 17, unless if he's physically disabled and can't take care of himself.
Some people are naturally smooth. Even when they have reached puberty, they don't have pubic hair or perhaps just fine, smooth pubic hair down there.
And you can only know whether your son's penis is normal as other boys his age only when it is erected. When his dick is relaxed, it will look just the same like when he was 12.
If you are still worried over this matter, take him to the doctor.
The doctor knows best of what to do.

nicely boys do often hit puberty a sprint later than women, yet by skill of 17 he would desire to've certainly hit it. have you ever even asked a doctor approximately this in any respect? except the 8-12 months-old is extremely tall for his age, your son would have dwarfism which i'm particular would desire to've been clinically determined by skill of a doctor by skill of now. If he has hair under his palms, on his legs, etc, he probable did hit puberty- he would desire to easily be very short. i'm 20 and likewise very short (5 ft), yet i'm lady so i assume it incredibly is extra person-friendly to ensure 5 ft women than adult males.

I think if you are giving your sons baths, he is probably developmentally delayed. That's probably the reason that he hasn't matured sexually yet, either. It's alright.
What should you do? Just keep being a good caregiver. God bless people like you that quietly do great things.
