Slope of the line through the given points:
m = delta y / delta x = (5 - (-4)) / (0 - (-3)) = 9/3 = 3
Slopes of perpendicular lines are negative reciprocals ==> a line perpendicular to one through the given points has slope -1/3.

Since the slope of your line is 3, and perpendicular slopes when multiplied equal -1
3X= -1
X= -1/3
The perpendicular slope is -1/3

slope of the line passingthrough (0,5) and (-3,-4)
=-4-5/-3-0
=-9/-3
=3
slope of a perpendicular line=-1/3
equation of the given line=y-5/-4-5=x-0/-3-0
=-3(y-5)=-9x
9x-3y+15=0
=>3x+y+5=0
equation of any perpendicular line is
x-3y+k=0

Let's assume (0,5) is x1 and y1. y2-y1 over x2-x1 gives us the slope. So -4-5/-3-0= -9/-3 or 9/3 or 3/1 or 3. For the line to be perpendicular the slope would have to be -1/3.
You're welcome.
P.S.= I hate math, but I'm good at it, hope it was simple enough.

Draw the graph.
To find the perpendicular rotate paper 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
your line (0,5)(-3,-4) becomes line (-5,0)(4,-3)
Shift x-crossing over to origin gives line
(0,0)(9,-3)
slope is -1/3 ie. 9 * -1/3 = -3

a) locate the slope of y = x-6 y = mx + b => m = a million so the slope of the line = a million locate the intercept (b) replace the well-known component => 2 = a million*(-a million) + b 2 = -a million +b 3 = b So the equation is y = 1x + 3 b) for a perpendicular line, you note of that the slope is the adverse identity of the diverse line y = -x => m = -a million so the perpindicular line might want to have a slope of m = a million 2 = a million*(a million) + b 2 = a million + b b = a million y = 1x + a million

What you have there are 2 points (not two lines). Connecting the points will give you a line.
