Hmm... ok, this one was a little more challanging. So I guess the place to start, is looking at the interpration of the question -- "other than God" = (1) second to God or could be interpreted as (2) if there was no God
And when you say "most important", lets just interpret that as "the ultimate".
In the first case, second to God would be other authorities (family, supervisors, police, government, etc) as you follow guidelines and morals set be by God (every circumstance would be different, and one could always propose a different senario in which you would rationally choose one over the other).
In the second case, well that took some thought, but I'd say it really comes down to who a person loves more -- themself or someone they cared about. If it is themself, the ultimate authority would be death. If it is someone whom they care for the well being above their own (perhaps their spouse, family, country, etc), then it would be the one whom they would ultimately give their own life for.
Fun question :-) I like challanges... hope you can throw another one that also requires a bit of thought :-D
