You'll want to get the IP of the machine you are on.
http://www.whatsmyipaddress.com/
Once you have that, you'll want to "resolve" the ip address to find out the hosting provider.
http://www.webyield.net/domainquery.html
Scroll to Resolve IP Address
enter the IP address and press "resolve". It will likely tell you the name of the domain the IP is coming from. Type that domain into your webbrowser and that is likely the ISP.
Example:
IP Address: 66.94.234.13
Hostname: w2.rc.vip.scd.yahoo.com
http://www.yahoo.com

If you go to the following website to determine the computer's IP address
http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/
you can then do a whois search on that address to determine the ISP which owns the address. This should be the ISP used by the computer.

you click onto control panel then internet connections then a gray box comes up and says what connection isp you have it wont show in history that you went there but make it a practice to delete history. this is one of the ways to find out.you said isp not ip addy thats another session

Open my network place, click on my network connection on the right side, then high light it; by clicking on it once. The isp address should come on the left towards the bottom
