I use to watch "The View" and the "Price is Right" similtaniously because I liked the hosts and their guests too sometimes. After they added Rosie I quit watching "The View". I watched her show one day when Tom Selleck was on there and Rosie tried her best to put him on the spot because he is an avid hunter, sportsman and loves to target practice. She wanted to embarrass and humiliate him because she feels that no one should own a gun. He did remain cordial and calm while trying to explain both the 2nd ammendment rights of Americans as well as our heritage and how we gained independance from the British by the very fact that under british rule we, the colonies, could not produce any finished goods made from iron or cotton. We could produce the raw materials for for everything from a shovel to a bolt of cloth but we were forbidden to make a finished product. Only England could do that and we ha to buy it from the British so thay could collect taxes from us. Rosie made him out to be some kind of a Terminator and him and all other people who owned guns were really criminals and responsible for Colombine,Paducah and the other school shootings. She was "grandstanding" and trying her best to make him blurt out some insult or lose his cool but he didn't. She then announced on that show she was going to organize a million woman march to Washington DC to get our congress anf legislature to outlaw guns. She thought she was greater than our Constitution and was working on getting her foot in the door of politics. She was only able to get a couple hundred (most were Lesbiens) to show up. She also pissed off her sponsor K Mart, which did a very profitable business selling shotguns and rifles and ammunition. Her ratings fell through the floor and they dropped her like a hot potato. Why she was added to a good decent show like the "View" I will never know. Rosie is no rose when it comes to "hitting below the belt" so to speak and with her jabbering about orientals and making fun of and belittling anyone who doesn't agree with her outlook on life. I'm sure that Barbera and the producers of the "View" regret bringing her on too.I'm sure I am not the only one who quit watching this show because of her

Rosie O'Donnell started it. Although I think that Donald Trump should have had the class not to continue the feud, I do think that Rosie O'Donnell is basically getting what she deserves. She started a controversy too, with Kelly Ripa over Clay Aiken earlier this year--I think she just wants to bring publicity to The View. In any instance, I think Donald Trump is pretty hilarious--it's always funny when celebrities fight.

I can't believe Donald Trump called Rosie all those demeaning names. How low of him to do so. I expected better from him, being of the stature that he is. He should've just acted like a gentleman and let it go. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and Rosie stated hers, maybe it wasn't the best manner to say them but nonetheless it's Rosie O' Donnell what do you expect. I was shocked when I heard all those nasty comments that Donald Trump let out to Rosie. I thought what a jerk how could he call any woman like that? There's absolutely no excuse for it.

No, Rosie is purely attempting to precise her "opinion!" i think of diverse all people is siding with TRUMP and supply a minimum of omit u . s . a 2d risk. AS for Rosie, if she does not save her mouth close (And whilst does that take place!), she is going finally end up the loser by skill of being fired from the View and bankrupt from Trump. and then Trump would say, "who's BANKRUPT NOW!?"

I don't like one any better than the other but it seems to me Rosie is a comedian and made fun of Trump. Comedians make fun of people all the time. He couldn't take it and is acting like a name calling child. It looks so unprofessional. He should stop and just let it go. I bet you are right about Star.

Yes, I agree, Rosie started it but also I agree it was to bring more publicity to "The View". Now their ratings are up because of this crap. Trump is an egotistical jerk & is everything Rosie said he is, I don't care about either one of them but Trump is really playing dirty now. BUT gheesh let it go already ! It's getting dirtier & dummer all the time.

They are both in the public eye and it seems they enjoy rubbing salt into the wounds.
Both are egocentric and need to grow up and practice the Golden Rule. Mr. Trump needs to realize it isn't all about acquiring this or that, it's about helping folks that aren't as fortunate. Ms. O'Donnell needs to stop preaching about her sexuality and morals and let other decide for themselves what is right and wrong for themselves. She also needs to stop the flow of negativity coming out her person and try to focus on the positives such as her partner and children instead of the spotlight she actively seeks to sustain......
Fame is fickle.....do they really want people commenting on that 50 years from now in history class........................

I bet Star is! I do not have to be Barbara Walters to realize it was a mistake hiring Rosie.

Honestly, Rosie and Donald both need to grow up. Personally, I could care less for both of them, but I admit Donald is taking this way too far. He keeps ranting and raving on about how low class Rosie is and how ugly and fat she is, but he himself has no room to talk. He wouldn't win any awards for best looking man by me and not to mention the fact the he himself is also overweight. He obviously thinks because he has captured such a beautiful wife that he is such a stud, but really we all know it is his money that drew her in. Now really come on, for him to even make statements about how low class Rosie is very hypocritical of him because of the simple fact that he too is lowering himself to such a level as to continue on with this childish banter. It's absolutely silly and we all knwo Rosie can't keep her mouth shut about anything. She talks and talks and talks about stuff she honestly has no idea about. Seriously, the woman needs to learn to shut her mouth. At least about matters she really has no clue about. All in all, we all know that this is definitely for publicity. They both are eating up the attention they are getting by the press and whether they admit it or not it's true. I don't know about any of you other regular people of the world, but who else is tired of hearing about the rich and famous? Seriously, we all keep too close and eye on them and give too much attention, much more attention than they deserve. Especially, when there are so many more important matters in this world to worry about. I am sure you all agree. Do not get me wrong, I myself have fallen into the trap of television and have gotten suckered in keeping my updates on the rich and famous, but even so, it still makes me wonder...why do we even care?
