Step back and take a look at the world. Look at the reasons of why you feel angry at the world, but also look at the reasons why your happy in this world.
It will show that there is good and bad, happyness and sorrow/angryness, justice and injustice. I say this is there is balance yin and yang, and you need balance in life. You need good with the bad and bad with the good.
Without having evilness and bad you would never realise how good one has it. Also with having goodness, you can also realise it can get better.
By being negative, one will be angry at the world. I am not saying always look at the positive side because sometimes that doesn't work what I am saying is look at the big picture. Sometimes your gonna be dealt a really bad hand but gotta realize thats one hand out of many.
I felt angry at parts of the world this past year (2006) myself. My ex Gf dumped me after I had to move for my job making our relationship long distance even though we talked about this even before dating as this was a big issue for me so I was ticked on that...My boss at work was difficult to work with and so were my co-workers so my seasonal position this past year was VERY difficult to work with and my school year was not going very well I was angry on many levels. But I needed these "bad" things to happen to realize how good I have it and how good it can get. Later (november/december) I met the most incredible woman who I connected instantly with and on many levels. She brought many things back into my life that were missing and I am more postive and feel better beecause of her. The problem is being away from her even for a week is a daunting task. But this week(s) make me realize how good I have it and that being angry at the world is not worth it when there are so many great things going for me.
I hope that this helps
Take care Azriel13Christ, your an amazing woman.

Mmmm, I think this stems from so much self doubt and a very sensitive spirit... Every morning write down 2 fantastic things about yourself, [ I have a beautiful smile and I keep my flat reasonably tidy] for example. When you catch yourself starting a negative thought turn it to a positive, [That person is stupid - Wow that person has a lovely gentle face ] for example. During the day recognise things in the world that are awesome [ Look at the blossom on that tree or Isn't it amazing how blue the sky is ]. Keep this up for at least 8 weeks without failing [ you can not afford to stop this mindset even for 24 hours once you start] It takes a month to form a new habit and sunshine you want to make a habit of being glad !!! The way you see yourself as a person will improve immensely and you will find enjoyment in other people and your environment will become a blessing of beauty... Give it a go [ the only thing you can lose is the grumpys]

Get therapy. Seriously, a friend of mine had some issues, and therapy helped her a lot. She swears by it. She got over some anxiety attacks and other things that bothered her.
Good luck.

Just deal with it and move on. I have days like that all the time. That's really all you can do.
