I cant even listen to somebody music or videos on their myspace page

You really don't quite have Flash Player. You have been zapped by a Microsoft update. if you are not at all techie, download Opera and install Flash. It works like a charm. If you aren't afraid of a little computer stuff, you need to first uninstall Flash with a programme from Adobe, as shown on this page.

After running the uninstaller, reboot your computer. Then download and install Flash again.

Go to flash 8. http://www.mytuneslive.com has the same problem sometimes.
If you revert to flash 8, then it should work. I have flash 8 and myspace has no problem with me.
