How come i feel that true love doesn't exist in real life whereas happens only in dramas and movies. I also feel that even if there is love in the real life, it doensn't last long. I just don't trust the opposite gender even if they are interested in me and ask me out. How can i know when is true love and how can i trust that "special someone"?

You just feel it in your heart when you're with that special person. Feelings and emotions will overwhelm you along with the love both of you share when you embrace each other.

What is true love? I doubt if anyone can truely answer that one.
Most people use LOVE and LUST as meaning the same thing. It is lust that most feel and think is love.
When you know the difference then it is much easier to deal with relationships. No people do not fall in love. That is lust for. Love takes a long time to build and will last. Lust never lasts on it's own.

True love is giving something to someone without expecting anything in return. It is unconditional. How many couples have love like that?

Yeah, I pretty much agree. I don't believe in romantic love. It's just some bs created by society that makes us feel like we have to have a significant other just to be a whole person. Just ignore it.

I think it may take you a while to find that "special someone" but when you do, you'll KNOW.
If they are the only one you're meant to be with, you're not gonna find them everywhere, are you?
