Yes, I did (don't mind my name, I am a woman) first of all the hot flashes returned very strong very frequent that caused, again, sleepless nights and sweating during the day, this alone makes one irritable. I guess I am not sure if my depressions started because of the hot flashes or the sudden lack of hormones, the result was I went back (after 6 month) to taking hormones with the knowledge that I might risking getting cancer etc. but my well being is more important to me than anything else.

It may be a question for older women, but my mother was in that treatment, she just stop. She did not become irritable, she was scared of the side effects, but I guess everyone body is different. It just depends on the woman.

No I became more even keeled. I switched to Evista which is for Osteoporosis. I am so happy to be beyond the premenopausal stuff and post surgical menopause hormone replacement therapy stage.
