How do you tell someone their fly is open, or do you?

It's easy if it's a friend, but what about someone you don't know too well

I can only give you advise as a man, which is: guys don't tell guys that they left their zipper is down. The first question would be, why'd you look anyway? And secondly, even if you got curious and looked, why would you admit it? Nope, no sirree pal. You didn't see nothing.*

Plus it's funnier when a stranger tells your friend.

*footnote: in a place where there are classy chicks that you want to take home, tell him before he ruins it for both of you.

I just tell them lightly and joking, that their fly is open. But it is easier to tell a friends and brothers, then strangers because they wonder why you were looking down there.

You say hello and discretely tell them their fly is open. They will thank you for it even if it is a stranger. The important thing is to not tell the world while telling them.

I usually try to get beside them and say quietly in there ear "Your zipper seems to be undone, just wanted to let you know, have a great day!" It usually works, some guys can be so embarrassed, its really not that serious...Oh by the way I love ryan's answer...too cute!!!

Yes - the same as if tissue is stuck to your shoe ..... do not wish to be any more or less embarrassed.

If not familiar with gentleman and others you know are about you(male) - share the info with them and they should handle.
If will not, simply make gesture of spiffing up your attire and hopefully he will follow lead - especially if compliment wardrobe.

When no one else is around I'll usually tell them before they turn a corner and face a bunch of people. That way it saved them the embarrassment of a crowd of people. : )

Quietly and politely. You will see that it is no big matter

If you have hesitation about this simple gesture, perhaps once you find yourself in an embarrassing position you will better appreciate such a simple politeness as this.

If it's possible, I try to tell the person discreetly...so he/she won't be embarrassed. I usually try to tell the person because it would be more embarrassing for that person to go around like that than to have somebody say something.
