yeah i know what you're talking about.......there are a bunch of card fortune games......theres one where there was 4 kings and pick guys to be each king then you ask a question and stop when you have a matching diamond/club/spade/heart. Some came true.....totally weird! Personally, its a matter of opinion just like any telling the future technique. I'm a believer (sometimes, when it goes my way =] )

Yes you can but how are you able to read them without the guide to each card? I mean I dont understand you are asking a question but you are then saying you already know how?
Then what are you asking? Be more specific. But you do need the book to tell you or what you are doing isnt based on meaning it is called nonsense

It would be possible. Tarot, for example, is a scrying tool. So are the black mirror, the water basin, candle flames, and dreams. Technically, as long as you have established meanings for things with the tool and you have developed your capacity to tap that part of yourself, ANYTHING could conceivably be used as a scrying tool. Advanced scryers even surpass the need for tools altogether.

No. It's not possible to tell the future with any kind of cards ("normal", tarot) and it's not possible to communicate with the dead via a Ouija board, either.
