I passed mine the first time, but I know people that also took it six times before they passed... I suspect they didn't study well or know exactly what to study. Make sure you know all the mathematics required in your manual... I did all the math on the test before I answered any other question. Math happens to be a strong area for me, so it that's the case for you, I recommend getting it out of the way. You'll find the test sometimes tricky... two answers will sometimes seem correct... so try not to "overthink" too much and choose the more logical and reasonable answer. Be ready to answer questions about how title can be held, general real estate law, calculating commissions and other charges, real estate assessments, etc. If your manual is a good one, you should feel confident going in. Good luck.

How do you expect any of us to know that? This is not a magic 8 ball you're speaking to. Study hard and good luck on your test, but without any qualifying information, none of us have even the slightest clue as to whether you'll pass it or not.

Probably, they are pretty easy, you need to be lucky, and a hard worker to make it as a real estate broker. very difficult work, you can go 60-90 days without a sale.
