You could have a very formal sweet 16 or you could just have a little get together with your closest friends. maybe go out to eat or chill somewhere since you don't have alot of time to plan or get the money for something big. you could have a bar-b-q and just have a party with burgers, hot dogs and chips with cake an ice cream. throw a huge dance party, and once it gets dark have slow dancing under the moon and stars. No cake at the party though. Too kiddish. Or if you do, it should be like a gourmet cake or one that is as big as a wedding cake!! Have fun!!
