I used it and I have migraines and it worked. But sense it has menthol in it I wonder if Vapor Rub or Mentholatum (the stuff in the green bottle) would work just as well.

Ive used it on tension headaches and it really does relieve them. i wouldnt think it would work on migraines just becuase migraines are pretty intense, but i know excedrin works really well for me so try that.

I don't know. They can't be nailed for false advertising though because the commercials don't claim anything.

NO!!! i saw a consumer report kind of special where they tried lots of commercial advertised product you see all the time...Head On was one of them and it failed miserably.
