Cingular has two prepaid plans: Pick Your Plan (decide how much you want to pay each month like a regular plan, but pay up front) or Pay As You Go.
Pay As You Go has unlimited mobile to mobile with other calls costing $.10/minute. They charge $1.00 per day, ONLY on days you use your phone. Also, the prepaid cards costing $25 or more expire only after 90 days. The less expensive ones expire in 30 days. I don't see anything about unlimited nights and weekends on the prepaid plans.
If you are going to use it a lot and have a regular income, the Pick Your Plan would be best, but if you only plan to use it occasionally Pay as You Go would be best.

I feel ya! I spent a long time researching and I've found the best one. Go to www. net10.com.
It is prepaid, but its the cheapest prepaid. If you buy a refurbished phone, like me, its free, so all you're paying for is the minutes to start off. And its only $30 for 300 minutes...so essentially you're paying $15 per month (because you have 60 days to use it before you need to buy more time). It has been the best service in my opinion. And there's a one year warranty on the refurbished phone, so no worries there. Good luck!

If you can't get anybody to sign a contract for you and have to go with a prepaid. Try Cingular or T-Mobile. They seem to have charge the least for their minutes. You will want to stay away from Verizon and Tracfones...they don't give you alot of minutes for your money.
