theres a cd stuck in it.

there should be a little pin hole somewhere on the front of the cd drive. look for it,.... its there. unfold a paper clip, and push it in the hole until you feel it hit a small lever, press the lever, it will open the drive.

If the above mentioned things don't open the drive then I am sure you have a computer virus. One of the first things they attack is that drive. If you install good virus protection like pc-cillin from Trend Micro and run the scan chances are the cd will work again.

Most computer CD/DVD players have a tiny hole in the door. Open a paperclip, insert the end into the hole - gently. The door should pop open. You may need to try it several times to hit the spot.

If it is JUST the CD and not the CD rom try taping it you can also turn you pc upside down and rattle it (not to hard) it has happen to me and I was able to get the cd unstuck . you can also turn off the pc and unplug it and take the CD_rom out be sure to keep one hand on the tower to provent static

there should be a emergency button that you stick a pin in on the front on the CD drive put a pin in there are see what happens

also try: Start > My Computer > right-click on the drive letter that is your CD drive > click 'Eject'

there should be a button under ur cd/dvd drive pressing that button will open it

Usually, there's a little hole in the CD-Rom under the place to put CD

Just put something in to push the Emergency Eject Button inside (wire maybe? but usually, when you buy a CD?DVD-Rom, the stick is included)

Shut it off when you start it back up press the eject button.
