I am 44 year-okd permanent resident who has been working at a supermarket (as a Seafood Manager) for abou l6 years -the lenght of years I've been living in the U.S.
I am just about graduating from my Master's degree in Business Administration. Despite my degree and the fact that I speak 3 languages, and have computer skills, I am having a lot of difficulties finding a new job, where I can start a career.
Any tips on where I should start, or on what I should do?

Not knowing what part of the country you are in and what type of work you are seeking makes it a bit of a struggle to provide an answer.

But here is my best effort: If your current employer doesn't offer any upward mobility given your experience with them, and the new degree, perhaps go to a competitor... another super market chain (preferably a national chain) might be best. With 16 years in an industry, leverage that... as well as your language skills. You know a product, know the business of that product, and have increased your value by gaining analytical and business skills... should be a good match for someone needing to manage seafood sales/marketing/distribution etc...

At the very least you've proven two things...
dedication/reliability to a company, and drive to succeed with your naturalization and educational achievements.

Best wishes, I sense good things for you!

If you don't live there allready, move to a bigger city. A great place to look that no one thinks of, is, a business relations staff. they will love the fact that you are older than the norm and you speak 3 languages.
