No they are the finished product.
The raw materials would be the COTTON for the cloth and thread, and the COPPER, BRASS or STEEL for the buttons, snaps, reinforcement rivets and zippers.

A raw material is like when you reduce fractions to the least common denominator. Jeans are made of several raw products. The cotton that is woven into the fabric, and spun into the thread that sews them together. If they are stretch jeans there is probably some Lycra woven in as well, the raw material for Lycra is a synthetic polymer. There is the indigo dye, and sometimes bleach for design. Some brands use leather for the lable. Don't forget the metal for the buttons and metal for the zipper.
