I really cringe when I hear someone say "kudos". What's up with that. Why not just say good job or congratulations. Anything but that word. It sounds like a candy bar to me. My old manager really liked that word and I guess that is when I really started to dislike it. Speaking of work...I cringe at the highly overused words like continuous improvement, implement and enhanced.
