Apologize? Are you kidding? That would be like asking Jesse Jackson to apoligize to all of the Korean/American shop owners in the greater Los Angeles area after so many of his constituants rioted after the Rodney King trials. Jackson told those burned out shop owners that they should just "Forgive and Forget, that they aren't REALLY the victims here..." It's called "racism, bigotry and arrogance." But we are supposed to ignore it because of one's skin color. They are after all, the TRUE victims. Right?

To be fair, Tawana Brawley lied to him as much as she did to everyone else. The only difference is he believed her and stood up for her, then found out she was lying. I do think Sharpton should apologize, but the whole situation was Brawley's fault, not Sharpton's.

Sharpton's too arrogant and self-centered to apologize - that's why in the nutshell. He is nothing but a racist anyway, so what do you expect? It's typical of big mouth bigots like Jesse Jackson and Sharpton to run their mouths off! Apologize? If you expect Sharpton to say 'sorry', you're in for a looooooong wait!

My God you are guilty of questioning a black man in our politically correct society. We may both be receiving a letter of violation. He is a camera hog who has little to do than collect fame from ignorant crusades...

He creates controversy, so he's a mainstream media's darling.
Ruining someones life means nothing to him as long as he gets his 60 seconds on CNN to spout off.

I don't take him seriously, but he and Jesse seem to be the only way that issues will get notice these days. The media is to blame.

Haven't you noticed? Blacks don't have to apologize.
Besides, SHarpton's rantings are still on-going.

Maybe he didn't know that she was lying and it wasn't his fault.

I'm just kidding, even if that was true, he should still apologize for unwittingly taking part in that charade.
