just google "free crochet patterns". there are hundreds of sites, many of them will have what you are looking for

Try free patterns.com. They have lists of different hobbies. Everything from crochet to woodworking for women. They also have a newsletter you can subscribe to free. I haven't started my hobbies yet but the site is very informative and has tons of ideas. You should definitely be able to find them there. Good Luck.
