When do officials call timeouts and are they charged to either team? Are there specific times when officials call timeouts?

Officials dont call time out execpt if one of them or a player gets hurt. The official will say my time when something like that happens. Thats the only time when an official is allowed to call a timeout. Full time outs are 1 minute and there are also 20 second time outs.

Officials dont call timeouts, the coaches and players do. when the coach or player calls timeout, the officials accept it. There are full timeouts and there are 20 second timeouts. The full timeouts are about 2 minutes (i dont know).

refs will only take a break if there is something wrong with the clock or they are hurt

even if a player is hurt if they aren't off the floor fast enough that players team has to call a timeout if they want him to stay in the game
