best answer here is that the show went on hiatus (extended winter break) about 2 months ago, so they havent filmed, edited, etc. a new episode in a while. id bet that we'll start to see promos for the new episodes in a week or 2, then see a new show in 3-4 weeks. they'll run 6-8 new shows, then go into summer rerun mode for a while, before they rock us all hard w 3 new episodes in a row before the season finale.

It's the holiday, so all the shows are on re-run until the second half of the season is ready to be released. (which is soon, because i know that a new ugly betty episode is coming up this week)

Every show is preparing for the spring season and so they get about a month off to film next season's shows. Plus, it is the holidays and they let the actors get some time off of fourteen hour days. Hope it helped!!!

Lost was even worse. I gave up on it.
I stopped watching Grey because it got to serious. It used to be a fun little show.
I like Monk. They are making new ones now I hear.

Grey's is comming back January 11th. All shows usually take a winter break.
