CAPS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO READ....and it's the first thing they teach in business classes is not to use them for that very reason.
I had to learn to speed read for all the reading I would have to do at work. You can't speed read CAPS and it IS annoying. *S* Funny how it got translated to mean SHOUTING on the internet...I guess it is in a way isn't it?
You're considered uneducated if you use CAPS in business, and how you type and present something will make the difference whether your resume makes it past the first person's eyes who run across it or whether it gets tossed into a garbage can...so you see...there is much more to CAPS than merely SHOUTING.
Presentation and appearances are everything.
