roy rogers,Rawhide, Palladin-Have Gun will Travel, Maverick, Bat Matersen, Wyatt Earp, WagonTrain, Bonanza, Sugarfoot, the Lone Ranger, Hopalong Cassidy, The Virginian, Gunsmoke, the Big Valley, one with Steve McQueen whose title escapes me at the moment.
Loved Maverick, Roy Rogers, the Lone Ranger, Gunsmoke, the Big Valley, but especially Bonanza.
I liked Pa Cartright, he resembled my uncle cliff , beside Lorne Green was known in Canada as the Voice of Doom during the second world war. I liked Family westerns, Roy and Dale were my faves when I was younger. Brother liked Hopalong Cassidy and the Cisco Kid. So many of the westerns were first on radio when my parents were kids in the thirties.
Westerns had good values, you knew who the hero was and who were the bad guys and there was a satisfying conclusion.
