I don't know what to do? I left her crying for sometime but she keeps crying and crying nonstop. I am afraid she will develop a negative feeling as I am ignoring her.

She will develop negative feelings if you ignore her! 9 months is prime time for separation anxiety. You have to teach her that she can trust you to meet her needs. She will be far more clingy if your responses are indifferent or hostile as she will be desperate for your attention.
Get a sling or an Ergo or MeiTai and carry her close to you part of the day. She will learn security and having her needs met. Leaving them to cry will only make them learn that their need will never be met and they can shut down emotionally, which is very sad and can lead to attachment disorders.

My daughter is now 15 months and is constantly attached to me. She has times were she wants to be a big girl but if I am out of her sight she will have a fit... They are babies and need constant reassurance....
