Its fast and quick. The pain is not bad at all!
Be careful who you go, make sure they know what there doing. They lady who does my eyebrows was out so I went to someone else. Had to get them done that day. Big day the next day. So I got them down. The wax was to hot and I got burn on my brows. For about 2 weeks i walked around with burnt eye brows where she took off the hair. and under the hair that was there it was red. It sucked and hurt.
Also you may be a lil pink after so dont plan a date that night.
They also have a cream they can put on after to sooth the skin from getting irritated. She will normally pull the strip off then put her hand "witch normally is cold" on the spot and rub to help
have fun

It would not extremely injury that plenty. Its like a pinch then its long gone. for sure there is a few discomfort because of the fact someones ripping your hair out in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not insufferable. in case you pluck your eyebrows then the discomfort would be no longer something new to you. i think of waxing hurts below plucking. It relies upon such as you reported on the guy individual, yet its no longer that undesirable :)

There is some pain with eyebrow waxing but it's not that bad. If you have a low tolerance for pain take an aspirin/Tylenol/Advil a half hour before. But the pain doesn't last long.
Good luck

I hope you're getting them done professionally. And if its your first time it very well may hurt but the more you get it done the tougher that skin gets and it becomes easier over time. Its really different for everyone.
When I was in cosmetology school a few months ago, we learned how to wax and for one of my classmates, it hurt like hell and she got extra red above her eye but for my other classmate it only hurt a little. I know when I got my underarms waxed it hurt so I just started talkin to everyone in the room to keep my mind off the pain.
Hope something I said helps.

It hurts the worst the first time you get them waxed and then it gets better with each waxing. I personally prefer waxing over plucking. Waxing is over in just a matter of seconds. To minimize the discomfort use aloe vera gel before and after the waxing. It soothes the skin. My daughter and I get it done quite frequently and it's nothing anymore. you do get use to it!

It is just a yeeeeoooooouch pain, not an ongoing agonizing feeling. There may be a little tenderness afterwards. If the person waxing them knows what they are doing, it will be over with quickly, before you know it and you'll be on your way home.

I was nervous when I got it done first too..but honestly, it did not hurt one tiny bit!! I found that threading hurt more...but I guess I have heard different things from different people. I would definitely say if it hurt but really, I can't even pretend it did. Just relax when you go and tell the person doing your brows so maybe they have some coping mechanism or will explain what they are doing as it is happening. Don't sweat it.

Do it! It hurts only for a few seconds... and them your good. The results will be awesome and you will no longer worry about the pain. No pain... no gain!!!
It's really not as bad as ripping off a bandaid. They do it so quickly, that it's over in a second. It's well worth it and you should try it as least once!

Not that bad, only hurts for a second then goes away. Take the tweezers and rip out a small group of hairs....if you can survive that...you can survive the waxing. They usually put a cool pad of antiseptic or other skin soother on it immediately afterwards to ease the stinging and redness.

It will sting a little bit, but will not be worse than bumping your hip against something you walk by. The anticipation of pain is worse than the actual pain. Just take a deep breath and relax as the person does it, and it will be no big deal.
