walked past a parked car with a dog in it yapping and go up to the window and tease it knowing it couldn't get at you...???

oh yes, its the best thing ever.
You know them really yappy dogs chiwawa woteva lol, well i went up to a car with one of them in it and the dog tried to jump at me, the image of its squashed nose still cracks me up.

Yeah, I do it all the time.
One time I was at the doctors and there was a Pitbull in a Jeep. I was teasing the dog and a man walked up to the jeep and said, "Do you want me to let him out?"
I alomst sh!t my pants!
the man opened the door and got inside and started his jeep.
I just stood there.
I was really teasing that dog.
But it was embarrassing and fricken funny!!!!

nope, but I've stood outside a house with a dog in the window and just staaaared... while the dog goes nuts inside.

all the time. usually not teasing them. just talking to them..they still bark like hell though
