i remember a cartoon when i was younger with baby daffy duck flushing things down a toilet, does anyone know what it is and where i might find a clip on the internet?

What you saw was Baby Plucky Duck from Tiny Tunes Adventures. I love that episode. I found this for you. It's not the exact episode with the toilet, but he does say, "Elevator go down the hoooole." I love it. Enjoy!!!

it was not daffy it was plucky duck on tiny tunes and he would say stuff went sown the whole
