I do not think Cybill Shepherd was wrong. It has been told by her family years ago and people that worked for her how mean she is. So I say the movie was fair.

I think the movie was factual. You'll notice Martha didn't sue them? Martha Stewart is a real witch (with a b). She is rude to her neighbours, refuses to let them have their own front drives when she is broadcasting from her "farm" by having all her vans parked in front of them, and abuses her staff regularly.
