Hurts where? All the time? Occasionally?

Talk to your doctor about it. It might just be your stomach muscles separating. Be glad your not peeing when you laugh, YET!

Throughout pregnancy ligaments get stretched and strained, and things like laughing, coughing, sneezing, lifting or stretching can aggravate them. Just take it easy to give your body time to adjust. It will go away soon, probably to be replaced by an ache or pain somewhere else, lol. There's nothing we can do to prevent these things, except for controlling the amount of weight we gain-only because it puts more strain on the body in general. Hang in there girl! 24 weeks left to go!

I am 17 weeks and I got those a couple of days ago. It is normal, it is just that everything is stretching. If you are really concerned check with your doctor. You really can only feel the pains if you laugh or stand fast. Good luck

If it hurts right below your belly, then yeah, it's normal. I had the same thing around 17 weeks, and it sucked. It turned out to be round ligament pains, which are sharp, but wicked painful.

If it continues for more than a couple of seconds, though, call your OB.
