ok so I am getting really depressed about this. my fiancee and I have been trying for a baby for 11 months. we use BBT and a calendar that is perfect for when i ovulate, i can tell that i ovulate. i get that really different discharge and my BBT goes up. So i know that is ok. But i have a tilted uterus and a tilted cervix. I also have damage to my right fallopian tube(i had a huge cyst twisting it for months before the dr removed it.) What can I do to increase the odds to getting pregnant? anyone have any ideas? and if i dont get pregnant in the next 6 months we are going to the doctor to make sure that he doesnt have a problem and to see what the doctor can do. Does anyone know of any kids where there is something that can make the sperm closer to the cervix(since it is tilted it does not normally touch the semenal pool, it has nothing to do with him but the way my cervix is.) thanks for any kind words and any advice. i really need it right now. thanks all...

Stress can actually hinder your ability to get pregnant. Mainly in the males ability to produce many, healthy and strong sperm. If he is worried about you not getting pregnant, and he blames himself and thinks he is deficent, it will be a lot harder to concieve.

Try telling him, and do your best to tell yourself that you don't need to have a baby right now. Tell him that you want to have sex for the pure fun and pleasure of sex itself. Also, try doing it in places other than the bedroom- like outdoors or somewhere forbidden (parents house when no one is home...) This increases endorphines in the brain which help with sperm and ejaculation. The better his orgasm, the better chance you have for the sperm to reach their destination. If you forget about making a baby and think about the love making, it's much more likely to happen.

For more help and more people to talk to about this, go to babycenter.com and click on the link "trying to concieve" there are good articles and chat rooms there!

Good luck and don't worry, it will happen one way or another!

Are you having sex BEFORE you ovulate? Many people think (like what they see on tv and movies), "Honey I'm ovulating, we have to do it now."

The sperm should be there before you ovulate.

For him, try boxers, avoid hot tubs, limit alcohol (and smoking and drugs).

For you, after sex, put pillows under your butt or lift your legs up over your head. Sounds, and looks silly, but might help.

Most doctors recommend you talk to them after trying unsuccessfully for a year. They might have you see a fertility specialist.

Another thing to try..."stop trying". It works for some people to just take a month or two off from "trying" (you know, watching the calendar, checking your temp, etc.). Just relax and do it when you want, not because it's the "right time".

If you have been trying to conceive for almost year you should not wait to check his sperm count. It is a simple quick test. If his sperm count is fine the sperm should have no problem finding their way even in a tilted cervix. The older you are the quicker you should seek help

Try going to the doctor. I'm not sure, but he could fix your cervix and/or his sperm count. For the cervix, it might include surgery.

Aww..choose for it. take a try! I desire you the better of success! ANd if it occurs to be damaging..have your companion take you out for a great dinner or something. each and everything would be ok. you could continuously try back. yet shop your head extreme! this could be it!
