ok so I am getting really depressed about this. my fiancee and I have been trying for a baby for 11 months. we use BBT and a calendar that is perfect for when i ovulate, i can tell that i ovulate. i get that really different discharge and my BBT goes up. So i know that is ok. But i have a tilted uterus and a tilted cervix. I also have damage to my right fallopian tube(i had a huge cyst twisting it for months before the dr removed it.) What can I do to increase the odds to getting pregnant? anyone have any ideas? and if i dont get pregnant in the next 6 months we are going to the doctor to make sure that he doesnt have a problem and to see what the doctor can do. Does anyone know of any kids where there is something that can make the sperm closer to the cervix(since it is tilted it does not normally touch the semenal pool, it has nothing to do with him but the way my cervix is.) thanks for any kind words and any advice. i really need it right now. thanks all...

the week i am suposed to ovulate we make love everyday. we dont wait until the last minute, me being in the health profession i know that those sperm are not speed racers and dont swim up there in like 2 minutes i know it takes days. we are doing it on the correct days. also neither one of us smoke or drink. we avoid hot tubs and he also has always worn boxers.
