Do you go to bed when you are tired or sleepy or because of the clock?

When you go to bed at night, it tends to occur mostly when:
A) your body is tired
B) you are sleepy
C) it is "time"to go to bed (set bedtime no matter what)

C, because you're not supposed to wait til you're tired or sleepy to go to bed. it's overextending yourself.

however, plenty of times I am online here at YA until I am sleepy and THEN I go. because it is not intuitive to go to bed when you are not tired.

Well for me i work the graveyard shift and my schedule is different from a lot of peeps but i sleep when i'm hella tired and sleepy. I don't have a normal set bed time.

If I'm tired or sleepy during early evening, I'll take a short nap----If I'm staying up late, I end up looking at the clock and saying to myself, "Oh, fun..I have to get up and go to work in four hours, perhaps I'd better sack out."
It's all relative----no set time...
