I was ignored at school for about three years and it was horrible, it makes you feel so worthless. Just stick by her, and tell others what a great person she is, introduce her to nice people, and if everyone else is ignoring her, talk to her, she'll really appreciate it. She could try joining some kind of club at school to mix with people a bit more and get noticed

Hi, here i could give you two answers,,,, the first being probably most effective but at the same time will ruin every chance of a career (whats more important,,, shallow low life friends at school and nothing but the dole afterwards or a few true friends and a chance at a promising career) the first would be to get smoking, drinking, drug taking etc....... that is all thes people do now but they are wasting there own lifes and yiour friend is the winner at the end of it for keeping her head down and doing her work,,,, the best bit of advice is for her to keep doing as she is doing, do her work and rise above the shallow depth of nasty schol kids today..... i took the other route of drink etc and i can tell u it has got me no where but being a single mom on benefits.... My advice to myself in hindsight would have been to rise above them all keep my head down and concertrate on what school is really for..... a gate way to a promising future..... good luck..

Regardless of what she does, She should stay true to herself.
Self confidence is a great thing to have if you can, and she may have regrets in the future, if she is not 'herself' and does things she is not comfortable with.

If she is friendly then people will notice her and be drawn to her.
If she attracts unfriendly people its their problem not hers.

Some people will be mean and unfriendly regardless of how you treat them. And remember its no reflection on her own character.

It took me a while but i realise everyone doesnt like everyone, and not everyone will like me regardless of what I do or say. its one of those things.

She should not do anything she is not comfortable with to try and fit in. (know this from experience)

Show and tell her you are there for her. As you are obviously a good friend to be asking. She will appreciate that

Maybe join an activity of some sort to meet new people.

Hope this helps

She shouldn't do anything seems to me she is being noticed already. If they are ignoring her odviously they have to see her first to ignore her.How you going to ignore sombody iof you haven't seen them yet.Tell her to Chill and have fun with it.Sombody will break the ice.And besides the other people ar loosing out on her friendship. If they choose to ignore her it's there lost not hers.(Smile)

sometimes it's good to be ignored because she wont end up with the idiots....maybe she is shy and finds it hard to mingle...get her in a group of people that suit her and have her make some friends...

She needs to pick on the most aggressive girl at school and beat the utter crap out of her.

It's a game to see if she'll freak out - so she needs to fight back.

People don't have to like her. I think you should stand by her. Be her friend. You're doing great already.
