They claim not to have (it's even mentioned in Inside Out), but you never know what's happening with Roger. I say that they did.

Dark Side of the Moon is an album performed by Pink Floyd. The originals (non remastered) of the album and movie when started at a certain moment will corrolate with one another with the music helping outline scenes in the film.

You think a Serious British Rock Band would really be concentrating that hard on making their music in sync with a hokey 40's American film?

I have no idea what you're talking about. You're sources? I am a huge fan, and love Dark Side, but I've never even imagined any relation to the Wizard of Oz. ( ? )

well, in my early days, we would trip on acid & get stoned..and we would see all kinds of things in the wizard of oz movie while listening to dark side....i believe thats why alot of pink floyds music was created at the time...to trip on

Uh, does that really work, or is it just urban legend? I know someone who tried it, and he said the only part that synched up came when the scarecrow came off his post at the time of the line "the lunatic is on the grass".

I mean, let's be honest here... a bunch of stoned guys could probably imagine that album synching up with just about anything...

I'm not sure if it was an on purpose thing, but we've done this several times when I was in college years ago...and it does sync up pretty well if you get the timing right.

I don't think so. They say that is just pure coincidence. Just another footnote in the history of one of the best albums ever made.

i am a fan of both and I just dont get it. I watched and listened i just did not get it. It was mildly interesting but nothing cosmic about it. What am I supposed to get from it?

Probably not. Its like that thing when you play music back and it says that they love satan or something. Its just coincidence
