I had to stop and consider how I felt for each incident. There is much satisfaction obtained while doing the right thing and KNOWING that you are doing the right thing.
However, when you discover that you did the right thing WITHOUT KNOWING, there is a level of satisfaction experienced not like before. Learning is exciting.
(Not sure why you used A & 2 for answer selections instead of A & B, 1 & 2) ???
My final answer: . . . . 2 . . . . .

a. knowing you're doing the right thing.
you actually HAD to make a choice. getting full satisfaction only happens when you make a choice because you are emotionally involved.
no one gets that much satisfaction when things just happens. it's all a matter of chance and you have nothing to do with that!

When the right thing just happens... if you're doing it already, you have to work hard and do everything right, which is great and all... but when it just happens you get a kind of excitement like... Hey! Everythings working out perfectly! Of course, that might be a more temporary feeling than if you had worked hard for it... I guess it depends on what we're talking about.

#2. I like when the plan unfolds and I was being faithful to the plan which works out to be 'right' or more importantly, beneficial.
I will grudingly do the right thing, so it brings me less satisfaction.
