It is impossible to do in principle. If somebody is able to view the information stored on the DVD, this means that this information is already copied into the memory of their computer. Nothing can prevent them from saving it elsewhere - i.e., from making a persistent copy. The different video copy protection schemes can only make this process difficult - it is impossible to prevent it, unless you have full control of the hardware used to display the contents of the medium.

You can ensure the confidentiality of the DVD's contents by encrypting it - but if somebody can see (i.e., decrypt) it, they will be able to copy it too.

I tried to find something for you, but most people are more interesting in cracking DVD copy protection, not applying it. I'm sure there's a solution, it just might take more than five minutes to find, which is more than I'm willing to spend.
