am supposed to get my period on the 8th. of Jan. but the wait is killing me. i've heard of FIRST RESPONSE, do they work? about how much are they?

The ibabydust calendar will tell you the earliest date when a pregnancy test will show positive. You do have to know the 1st day of your last period and the number of days in your cycle tho.
Also, you can get an accurate pregnancy test for $1 at Dollar Tree. No Kidding!

I think 4 days before you are due is the soonest you can test with them. I have used first response before and they work but I think the cheap store brand kind works just as well. Walmart sells them for around $12 I think last time I checked.

first response never gave me a positive test result, and I am on my fourth pregnancy. The equate, wall mart brand, works really good, it is the one that I reccomend, it is inexpensive, and you can by a 2 pack, which means if this one isn't possitive, then you can wait and if you are still late, then you can try again.

first response is good i used it my self but for here it cost me£12(uk) if u wait 2 or 3days when takin the tests u might get a better result i waited 2days b4 a did mine and i got 2 possitive results now am nearly 8weeks pregnant

The earliest I've gotten a + test was 10 days past conception, 3w3d pregnant. It was with an accu-clear.

don't take this personally but first response sucks.
I used equate. The wal-mart brand and it showed up ALOT earlier than the FR!! Good LUck and GOd Bless. (BTW... I am supposed to start the same day lol.
