Maybe you're not drinking enough fluids. I get headaches after exercising when I am not as hydrated beforehand as I should be. Swimming is a very aerobic exercise, so you sweat a lot, but you don't realize how much you're sweating because you're in the water. Try drinking more water or Gatorade/Powerade/whatever before and after--and not just the same day you swim, but a couple days before, to make sure your body is well-hydrated.

you did not warm up and you are swimming faster than your body is accustommed to swimming.
