Which is worse, a headache or a backache?

I'll take a headache over a backache any day. It's funny you should ask that question today. My back is absolutely killing me. I use my back every day for work so it's very important that I don't hurt too much in my back.

A headache because if you have a headache, all sorts of noises are painful and getting up or moving quickly hurt too. If you have a backache it doesn't hurt much if you're just relaxing... you can't even relax with a headache.

i guess if the severity is the same and it's really severe, i would have to say it all depends on what you are doing. are you trying to solve the mysteries of the world where you have to really concentrate hard and do some math? or do you have to work as a cashier at a supermarket?

since i'm more prone to a backache than a headache and you asked "which," then i'll say backache.

It depends on the cause. Both could be serious/worse.
For me, a headache is generally cured by taking an aspirin whereas a backache tends to need more time and more meds to feel better.

Backache. Sometimes I can't stand at all. I can function with a headache. But when the lower back says I'm gonna have pain I have pain.

backache because some times it hurts to lay down but a headache take like 2 or 3 aspirins and it will go away.

Headache, especially a tension and migraine headache. Backache is easier to deal with, all you have to do is just lay down.
