It asks for the CD. I don't know how to get rid of it. I went to msconfig but could not find any files there for PhotoGallery. How do I stop this?

Try looking into Start,Programs and Startup. If that doesn't fix it, type "services.msc" in the run box without the quotes. Scroll down the list and find a services that has a name similiar to photogallery and disable it.
